DELIVERY
We aim to deliver within 7 days. When an item is not in stock we will keep you informed. Because the nature of some of our products is handwork there may occasionally be a delay. Charges are shown on the order form. Each product has a charge class A, B, C or D. Over £150 free.

PRICES
We reserve the right to change them at any time. This does not affect an order placed and accepted.

TRADES DESCRIPTIONS
We try to be as accurate as possible. Please do not hesitate to speak to us for further information.
Note: Many of our products involve handwork & use of natural materials which inherently can have minor flaws. We see this as part of the charm of the product as opposed to mass produced goods.

Sizes are shown against each product but may vary slightly. Colours may also vary as shown on screen or literature but we would be pleased to discuss any query you may have.

GUARANTEE
We sincerely hope you are pleased with your purchase. However if it is not to your liking we will accept returns within 14 days of purchase, unused and in its original packing (i.e. in saleable condition) for an exchange or refund.

RETURN
Please follow the instructions on the back of your packing note/invoice. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage certificate from the Post Office. We will exchange any faulty goods at our own expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
